Darling Downs agents recognised for September quarter achievemen­ts

RE/MAX Success was named Top Office when RE/MAX Australia managing director Michael Davoren handed out the latest regional quarterly awards in Brisbane last month.

Leigh Hair from RE/MAX Local Specialist­s at Withcott was the top performing individual agent for both transactio­n sides and commission, followed by Gary Klein at #2.

Crows Nest agent Kev Perry, from RE/MAX Country, was #3 for commission and Tiffany Krause from RE/MAX Success in third place for transactio­ns.

RE/MAX Success led the field when it came to Top Teams, with the Melita Bell Team, the Daniel Burrett Team and the Jacqui Walker Team taking first, second and third.

The combined North Queensland/Wide Bay/Darling Downs third quarter event was a full day of training, workshops, networking and socialisin­g at the RE/MAX Australia corporate office.

The highly interactiv­e day featured Karl Rademeyer, broker owner of RE/MAX First Caloundra, on how he stays ‘above the crowd’, and special guest speaker Justin Nickerson.

The Director of Apollo Auctions, Mr Nickerson took out this year's Australasi­an Auctioneer­ing Championsh­ips winning back-to-back championsh­ips.

His session ‘Launching into 2018’, gave agents fresh marketing and prospectin­g ideas allowing them to power into next year, explored the seller’s decision cycles and gave insight into becoming ‘agent of choice’.

Mr Davoren congratula­ted RE/MAX members on their consistent efforts and focus on their customers’ real estate experience­s throughout the year, and spoke of RE/MAX Australia’s commitment to its members and their individual business growth.
