CUE THE FUN AT BILLIARD SHOP
Established in 1969, Billiard Shop is Australia’s largest pool table and accessories retailer, but to Toowoomba proprietor Joshua Brown, wife Emma and team members Kevin, Oskar and Brian their shop at 4/161 James Street encapsulates everything great about a local family business.
“While sales of new pool tables are our main focus, we sell second-hand tables as well,” Joshua said.
“We also do reclothing, re-rubbering or re-cushioning of tables and repairs and refurbishments of old tables. And we do removals as well, helping people relocate their table as they are very heavy.”
Billiard Shop Toowoomba stocks a huge range of pool and snooker accessories (balls, cues, chalk, cue tips, etc) as well as a large range of darts, dartboards and dart accessories.
“We have arcade machines and Virtual Pinballs available too,” Joshua said.
“We also have two full-size snooker tables available for anyone to play on anytime the shop is open (9am to 5pm Monday – Friday and 9am to 1pm Saturday) for $15 per hour per table.”
Joshua said nothing gave his staff more excitement and satisfaction than when you deliver a customer’s table and then set it up ready for them and their families to start creating lifelong memories around.
“Knowing you’ve helped someone’s dream come true or when you bring an old table back to life with some new cloth is amazing — the transformations can be remarkable.”
Joshua said Billiard Shop Toowoomba was having a huge Christmas sale.
“There are great package deals available on our entire range of new tables right now. Plus, there are discounts on most accessories in store as well,” Joshua said.
“We’ll be delivering tables right up to Christmas Eve, so families can plan the ultimate Christmas.
