COLLIERS International has promoted Rawdon Briggs to the role of Head of Rural and Agribusiness, Transaction Services, Australia.

Mr Rawdon currently holds the role of National Director, Transaction Services with Colliers International, leading the Queensland Rural and Agribusiness team.

Since this product line was launched in Brisbane in 2011 the team grew from one to six members.

In response to the strong performance of the agribusiness sector across all major markets in the last two years, the Colliers Rural and Agribusiness team has almost doubled in size and delivered strong results for many of their major clients over this period.

Of note, Rawdon transacted more than $260 million in agribusiness transactions in the last 12 months in northern Australia.

Rawdon is an agribusiness

His 25-year career includes roles in Canada, Norway and Chinchilla in stock and station

management and operational roles.

He later brought his strong industry expertise to launch his agency career with Colliers International.
