Space lures buyers to the party

-

A GROWING party-styling business is behind the speedy sale of a Warana office-warehouse on the Sunshine Coast by Ray White Commercial Noosa and Sunshine Coast North.

Unit 1, 27 Premier Circuit, sold for $695,200 in a short offers-to-purchase campaign managed by marketing agent David C. Smith.

Before the end of the campaign’s first week, Mr Smith had received offers from several businesses and an investor.

“The purchasers, Rebekah and Domenic, have grown their party-styling business Mask Events to be the biggest business of its type on the Sunshine Coast over the past three years,” Mr Smith said.

“The expansion of the business, which specialises in events management, styling and hire services, meant they needed additional warehouse and office space.

“Premier Circuit was the owners’ preference due to its great central location between Noosa and North Brisbane.”

The 316sq m warehouse, which is part of a complex of four “clean” businesses, was sold with vacant possession on behalf of a local owner-operator vendor.

The other occupants are Main Linen, Rent the Roo and Ryan Designer Homes.

The warehouse has ground-floor and mezzanine offices, some overlooking the waterway to the rear, plus on-site parking.

Unit 1 was previously occupied by a division of RGD Group, which built the complex.
