Get creative with a retreat
MCGREGOR is launching an Autumn Retreat and taking it on the road to picturesque Stanthorpe.
This new retreat will offer six amazing workshops from expert, highly sought-after tutors.
The weekend getaway will offer a stunning backdrop at the Queensland College of Wine Tourism, mouth-watering food and wine at Varias award-winning Restaurant, and tutors you won’t find anywhere else in Queensland – everything you need for an amazing creative weekend escape!
This very special retreat will feature six brand new McGregor tutors who bring their in-demand skills from all over Australia and even Texas, US.
McGregor Co-ordinator Cassandra Stephan explained the difference between McGregor Autumn Retreat and the other established McGregor schools: “McGregor has a long history of art and music workshops, with many long-standing, well respected tutors who have a loyal following of workshop participants.
“We wanted to try introducing some new creative practitioners who haven’t been involved in McGregor before, and who bring some new subjects to our suite of workshops.
“We try to keep up with what’s new in the art and music world and hopefully we can slowly integrate some new styles and tutors into our annual program at McGregor, whilst keeping our loyal artists and registrants happy with their regular classes.”
The McGregor Autumn Retreat runs from March 24-25 at the Queensland College of Wine Tourism in Stanthorpe.
Workshop-only cost from $298 per day, includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
