We are still starting early if possible.

After being sent in to bat Nobby made 8-340 in 40 overs thanks to a whirlwind 138 by Tim Dowe off 37 scoring shots. Nick Budden (65), Cam Moodie (44), Oliver Scott (34) and Damien Pauli (30) also contribute­d with the bat.

Wednesday 14th February: Ladies hosted a beginners day with five ladies turning up to try their hand at golf. We only played 9 holes and then we invited the ladies to join us for morning tea and then to help Dulcie Bellert celebrate her 94th birthday. It is hoped that we may have another beginners day in the cooler months when we have a later start. Thursday Sporters winner was Ken York with 24 points.

Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th February: Members played a Flag – Stroke Event. The winner was Danny O’Brien with 41points. Runner up was Denis Bennett with 41points.

Ladies winner was Joan Fisk with 35 points. Winners of the pins were No 3 Danny O’Brien, No 8 Dennis Bennett, No 12 Mark Carter. Approaches: Div 1 9/18 went to Michael Rietveld. Sunday 25th February: Members will play an 18 Hole Stroke with the Social Club.
