Good soil and river frontage

-

LOCATED southwest of Pittsworth on the corner of Tummaville Rd and the Millmerran-Leyburn Rd is the property Riverview.

It has an area of 152.01 hectares (375 acres) and comprises Condamine River red gum country with deep black clay soils into box and Moreton Bay ash country.

Currently about 89 hectares (220 acres) is currently farmed with a further 16 hectares (40 acres) cleared and planted with improved pastures.

The balance area is creek

and billabong country with an area of shaded grazing on the western end.

Riverview, as the name states, has frontage to the Condamine River plus double frontage to Canal Creek.

In addition there is a stock bore equipped with a windmill.

The black soil country is perfectly suited to growing cotton, grain, sorghum and winter cereal crops while the grazing country and frontage country is ideally suited to cattle fattening.

Riverview has some excellent building sites and has mains power past the property and between, and gravel road access, and is only 27 kilometres from Pittsworth and a similar distance to Millmerran.

The property would suit local landowners wishing to expand.

Riverview will be auctioned on March 28 at the Middle Ridge Golf Club Toowoomba at 11am.
