Four lots combined as one offered for sale in Toowoomba

-

FOUR lots to be sold as one with the potential for a variety of future uses have been launched to market by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.

The combined Newtown properties — 241, 243 and 249 Bridge St, and 34 Hillview Ave — are being offered for sale in an expressions-of-interest campaign.

Agent Craig Bradley says the four-lot development opportunity is opposite the popular Gowrie Road Hotel and the new 7-Eleven service station.

"The property offers a uniform, relatively level land component with three street frontages and exposure to a major arterial road," Mr Bradley says.

Zoned low to medium residential, the 3641sq m site comprises of two residential lots and two commercial, with a mixed rental holding income of $55,900 in total.

The combined building area is approximately 300sq m and the Hillview Avenue lot, which also has frontage to Brim Street, is vacant land.

The main frontage of the site is 61m along Bridge Street.

"Close to the busy intersection of Bridge and West streets, the site would suit a wide variety of uses, subject to Toowoomba Regional Council approval," Mr Bradley says.

Expressions of interest close at 4pm on Thursday, March 22.
