1. Easter egg hunt
GET the woven baskets ready for the ReMax Easter Egg Hunt at Queens Park this weekend.
Along with being able to collect thousands of eggs, families will also be able to enjoy some face painting, jumping castles, food stalls and live music.

2. Budgie show
THE Toowoomba Budgerigar Association invites everyone to come along to the group’s annual show on Sunday.
Judging of all the birds will start from 9.30am at the Centenary Heights State High School hall.

3. Country music festival
COUNTRY music lovers should head to Oakey tonight for the Garden City Country Music Association’s Rush Festival.
The concert at the Oakey Cultural Centre features balladeer Jeff Brown, veteran Keith Jamieson, Alisha Smith and Caitlyn Jamieson.

4. Cabarlah markets
THE popular Cabarlah Markets are back on again this weekend, with plenty of stalls and entertainment on offer.
The markets will be held at the Cabarlah sports grounds on the New England Highway from 7.30am.

5. Bridal expo
THE Toowoomba Golf Club is hosting its first Bridal Expo showcasing the venue as well as local wedding vendors.
The venue’s diamond room, deck and ceremony green will be transformed into a wedding wonderland with a number of local vendors from all aspects of the wedding industry.

CATCH the Gold Coast Titans this weekend as they host the St George Illawarra Dragons in Toowoomba’s first NRL match.

7. Grammar art show

8. Doggy Sunday session
HERE’S an event both you and your furry friends will love.
Off The Chain K9 Rescue group is hosting a doggy Sunday session at The Cafe at Abbie Lane in Highfields.

9. Millinery Exhibition
IF YOU need a taste of the latest headwear and fascinaters ahead of the Weetwood Cup, head to the Millinery Exhibition this weekend.

10. Bush Poet’s Breakfast
