Get festive for Easter with huge festival line-up

CELEBRATE life with the Streets & Lanes Festival in Toowoomba this Saturday.

As the name suggests, the festival is about filling the streets and public spaces of Toowoomba’s CBD with music, art, drama, food and any other creative means to express a “Celebration of Life”. Rather than a large fenced and ticketed event run primarily by a single organisation, Streets & Lanes Festival is a more devolved model with many churches, business and organisations running their own events under the festival banner. Events include:

● Easter Celebration Service – Civic Square, 9.45-10.30am

● Family Precinct: music, dance, markets, food and more – Civic Square, 10am-5pm

● Little Eat Street: Gourmet Food Truck Precinct – Art Gallery Park, 10am-5pm

● M.A.D. (Make a Difference) Fun Children's activities – Picnic Point, 10am-2pm

● Song & Story Live Acoustic Music & More – Kwong Sang Walk, 1pm-9pm
