Multi-million dollar country club opens at lifestyle resort

LIVING Gems Toowoomba’s multi-million dollar country club is the newest edition to the resort-style retirement village.
It was recently unveiled to residents of Living Gems and members of the public will be able to view it at a celebratory open day this month.
The country club is fitted with a lounge, bar, ballroom and a cinema.
Other facilities include a heated swimming pool, spa, sauna, barbecue pavilion, gym, bowling green, tennis court, games room, hair salon, library, music room, workshop plus an art and craft studio.
Living Gems general manager Vlad Pullich said Living Gems had brought a high quality housing and lifestyle product to Toowoomba.
“Living Gems suits the requirements of the locals and allows them to stay close to social networks,” he said.
“The recent opening of the multi-million-dollar country club in our Toowoomba resort is an exciting milestone.
“Our aim is to provide a resort lifestyle for active over 50s, seniors and retirees which is why we offer such an extensive range of premium facilities in our new resorts.”
The region’s residents will be able to view the country club and resort’s facilities on Saturday, April 21 from 10am to 3pm at 500 South St, Glenvale.
