CHAPEL HILL, SANGIOVESE ROSE, 2017

Refreshing, crunchy and fruit-driven with cherry, pomegranat­e, watermelon and raspberry red fruits. Textural, savoury and finishing dry. A classy rose. Rating: 9/10

CHAPEL HILL, THE PARSON, SHIRAZ, 2016

Entry level, but still good value. Warming, aromatic, spice-driven nose with coffee, roast beetroot, pepper and anise. Old French oak maturation gives an easy, earthy palate with plenty of plum, dark chocolate and fine tannins. Rating: 8.5/10

CHAPEL HILL, BUSH VINE, GRENACHE, 2016

Minerally undertones give a spine to pure cherry, raspberry with herby bay leaf and exotic spices on the nose. A silken, seamless palate abundant with spices, dark red fruits and fine tannins. Complex and evocative yet so accessible. An excellent wine. Rating: 9.5/10 RRP: $30
