Council Meetings
The next meetings of Council’s Standing Committees will be held on 12 and 13 June commencing at 9am. The next Ordinary Meeting of Council will be held on 15 May commencing at 10am. All meetings are at City Hall, 541 Ruthven Street, Toowoomba.
Mother’s Day Sausage Sizzle

Mayoral Prayer Breakfast
Hear triple Brisbane Lions AFL premiership player and current Gold Coast Suns Head of Development Shaun Hart speak at this year’s Mayoral Prayer Breakfast on 15 May at Rumours International from 6am. Sewer Smoke Testing
Systematic smoke testing commenced on 16 April and will continue for approximately three months. To find out more information on testing areas visit

BMX Open Day
Grab your shovels, rakes and bikes and join us for an open day at the Stenner Street Jumps Skills Park, Stenner Street, Middle Ridge (next to Griinke Drive Park) 19 May, 10am-1pm. Winter Closure
Milne Bay Aquatic Centre 50m pool is set to close for winter from 28 May. This may be brought forward if weather conditions become colder than currently predicted. The indoor pool will remain open for winter so there is no need to stop enjoying your swimming.

Celebrating Mums
Enjoy a coffee and remember our Mums this Mother’s Day. We will have a flower market stall, coffee van and guided walks available.
