ELEVEN days since Toowoomba mum Debbie Combarngo was killed, nine people have officially been charged with her murder.

Six police officers manned the foyer of the courthouse as more than a dozen family members of the accused and Ms Combarngo watched on as the charges were read out in the Toowoomba Magistrates Court.

One security guard was tasked to keep the peace in the courtroom with two police officers guarding the door as emotions boiled over. Screams and loud sobs could be heard as Christine Maree Hall and Lynn Fay Jean Anderson were lead away from the dock after being remanded in custody.

Their co-accused: Christine Maree Hall, Ty Peter Fing, Ashley Aaron Fing, Rhianna Jade Fing, Rhonda Ann Hall Jana Leigh Hall and Joshua James Lingwoodock were also officially charged with one count of murder.

That charge was added to the existing two counts of assault occasioning bodily harm while armed and entering a dwelling with intent in company the group already faces.

All nine appeared in the dock and fixated their eyes on family members in the public gallery during the brief proceedings yesterday afternoon.

“We love you stay strong son” could be heard from family members in the public gallery as Lingwoodock, Ashley Fing and Ty Peter Fing were taken back into custody.

Police prosecutor Tim Hutton had indicated outside the courtroom his intention to again attempt to close the court. All nine did not apply for bail and were remanded in custody to reappear in the same court on July 5.
