MEGHAN Markle and Prince Harry have taken part in final secret wedding rehearsals at Windsor Castle ahead of their fairy-tale marriage today.

As the UK gears up for a party to celebrate the wedding of the popular prince and his Hollywood princess, they arrived for a final walk-through watched by the Queen.

Police warned that terrorists could pose as beggars to bomb the wedding.

Emails obtained by media reveal fears that extremists could use an “epidemic of rough sleeping and vagrancy” in Windsor to attack.

The messages say many beggars come from outside in a bid to make money from tourists.

The leader of the local authority warned police of a risk arising from the situation.

The elite Special Air Service yesterday stormed a landmark building in the London suburb of Mortlake in what was a secret training exercise. Locals were not amused. The leafy Thames-side suburb in the city’s southwest had no warning of the anti-terror exercise. So when the heavily armed special forces troops stormed the disused brewery, many feared the worst.

Helicopters dashing in low to offload troops. The heavy carumph of explosions. The chatter of gunfire. All enby

hanced the panic. Speculation spread to social media.

Police and military activity was obvious on the streets.

Belatedly, the Ministry of Defence began to quell fears.

“A military exercise was conducted in South West London on Wednesday night and the Metropolitan Police Service was informed... The exercise has concluded.”

Scotland Yard knew of the practice raid, but had not been asked to warn the public.

It’s been a rocky preparation to the biggest wedding in the world – particularly for Ms Markle, who was in tears after confirming her father, Thomas Markle, would not be giving her away. Instead he underwent minor heart surgery.

He had embarrassed the royal family when it was revealed he was collaborating with the paparazzi.

Ms Markle had been viciously attacked in the media her half sister. And her half brother and extended family showed up at Windsor despite no wedding invitation.

Her estranged nephew, marijuana farmer Tyler Dooley, announced he had grown a new strain of marijuana called Markle Sparkle in honour of the big event.

But with her mother Doria Ragland at her side and her close friends from the US, Canada and TV show Suits gathering in London, the 36year-old shrugged off the drama and smiled as she travelled to and from Windsor Castle with Prince Harry, 33.

The pair will exchange vows at 9pm AEST – noon in London – in what is expected to be the most widely-viewed wedding in history.

A glorious spring day with a maximum of 21 degrees is forecast with expectations more than 100,000 people will flock to Windsor.
