TURSA snaps up Herries St office space

-

MARKUS Eames (pictured) of LJ Hooker Commercial has secured a strong tenant to locate their business to 137 Herries Street, Toowoomba.

"The office suite offered Tursa Employment & Training prime exposure and fantastic signage opportunities to one of Toowoomba’s busiest roads, 250sq m of quality office space as well as seven designated on-site car parks," Mr Eames said.

"As there has been limited supply of new office space in the Toowoomba market for some time, quality offices that are currently vacant can be expected to be leased throughout 2018," Mr Eames added.

Tursa Employment & Training is a not-for-profit provider of employment services under contract to the Australian Government for the delivery of employment service programmes (since 1995), and is also a registered training organisation. TURSA has now been contracted to deliver Disability Employment Services from 58 sites from Forster on the NSW Mid-North Coast to Noosaville on the Sunshine Coast and will be delivering those services for the first time to Toowoomba and Gatton.

TURSA assists employers – with wage subsidies, pre-employment training, traineeships, or other practical means – to assist participants in the Disability Employment Services programme to access employment opportunities or attain skills through vocational training or education.
