Applicant Churches of Christ Queensland was approved for the fifth stage of its Rosella Highlands Estate in Meringandan West, which in- cludes a new 15-hectare par- kland which was transferred to the council to run and maintain.

The 47 new lots sealed by the council this week come while the estate has been busy selling stage four, which is just south of the new site.

Three new streets will be created to cater for the new lots, which range from 964sq m up to 1500sq m.

The application also came with certifications from Ergon Energy and NBN Co confirming the estate had met the standards.

According to the website, the estate is master planned to offer rural living near Too- woomba.

“Already established as a boutique rural community, Rosella Highlands Estate boasts quality homes on spacious lifestyle blocks,” the website said.

“These generous sewered rural home sites are set in eight hectares of natural bushland with premium lots enjoying elevated views.”
