TOOWOOMBA'S BEER ON TAP

POURING alongside big names like Newstead and Stone and Wood, 4 Brothers Brewing is now on tap at a popular Toowoomba restaurant.

Vapiano is currently the only place you can get a glass of beer from 4 Brothers, apart from the the brewer itself, and owner, Adrian Cubit, couldn’t be happier.

He delivered the first keg of beer to the restaurant last week, an ESB, or extra special bitter.

“I think it’s really good that quality local restaurants are keen to support other local businesses,” Mr Cubit said.

“It is a big chain and they are freshly new to Toowoomba so I was very keen to put our beer on in here.”

Mr Cubit said the extra special bitter was all about the malt, so it would taste slightly sweet, with toffee and caramel flavours.

“It looks great up there next to Stone and Wood and Newstead, some fairly large independent breweries,” he said.

Vapiano Australia owner Will Cooke said he had always been passionate about supporting small and local businesses.

“I love supporting local businesses. We have a strong focus on fresh and local ingredients and are now proud to be serving some of the finest craft beer Toowoomba has to offer,” Mr Cooke said.

Vapiano Toowoomba opened in November 2017 and was the sixth restaurant to open in Australia since 2009.
