Business awards open for 2018

NOMINATIONS for the 2018 Heritage Bank Business Excellence Awards are now open.

Nominate a local business today. The awards recognise the leaders, innovators and the heart of our community, our businesses.

Who can nominate? Anyone. Customers, suppliers, business owners, colleagues and staff.

Nominate your own business or nominate another business you believe is worthy of a business excellence nomination.

Entering the Business Excellence Awards provides a wonderful opportunity to discover the full potential of your business.

The Heritage Bank Business Excellence Awards is a celebration of the business community’s contribution to the economic vitality and social fabric of our region and is an important recognition and awards program that celebrates the diversity, innovation and excellence of the region’s businesses.

Key dates:

■ Nominations now open

■ Applications open July 16

■ Applications close September 28 (close to three months to work on application)

■ Gala awards dinner on Saturday, November 10 at the Empire Theatre

Nominations for the awards will stay open until application closing date September 28.

All businesses nominated will receive an email notification of their nomination and once the applications are open will be sent an electronic copy of the application.

The earlier your nomination is in, the more time you have to work on your application.
