Slurp up this great takeaway opportunity

-

TWO vacancies beside Rangeville’s 7 Eleven have become available for the takeaway food operator that doesn’t want to spend $1000s on infrastructure and fitout. Both of the tenancies are equipped with vinyl flooring, grease trap connection and extensive exhaust canopy ready for the foodie to service Rangeville and the surrounding areas.

Leasing agent Markus Eames (pictured) from LJ Hooker Commercial Toowoomba said, “the location of these tenancies allows the astute food operator to take advantage of the busy 7 Eleven, high-vehicle traffic, Lake Annand and also St Joseph’s school”.

Tenancy 2 comes with a full fitout ready for a takeaway to open their doors and open for business.

Mr Eames said, “the ideal operator would be an Asian takeaway, a fish and chips outlet, Indian or, I personally think, a good old fashioned takeaway that does the lot”.

With Uber Eats now operating in town, these small tenancies will become a premium for the operators that don’t need a lot of floor area and essentially use the locations as a commercial kitchen.

The two tenancies are 46sq m each and there are great signage opportunities – they are priced from $25,000 per annum with incentives available for the right operator. For further details on these opportunities, please contact Markus Eames on 0407 388 856 or meames@ljht.com.au
