TOUCH FOOTBALL: Toowoomba Touch fixtures resume tomorrow after having last weekend off.

The match of the round in men’s fixtures should be the game between Sharks and Roosters.

Sharks have had the better of Roosters in their previous encounters this season with Sharks being comprehensive winners the last time they met.

But fourth-placed Roosters have been in good recent form having beaten Saints and Rebels Hurricanes who sit above them on the ladder in their last two outings and they would love to add Sharks to the list to show that they will be a danger when it comes to the finals.

In other games, Rebels Hurricanes play Lions and Saints are up against Royals.

In women’s fixtures, the match of the round sees Sharks up against Saints.

When the two teams met last, Sharks defeated Saints with only one touchdown the difference and another close encounter can be expected.

Saints have been in good form in recent weeks and if they can come away with a victory today against their morefancied rivals it will build their confidence going into the finals in four weeks time.

In other games, Fairholme play Rebels Hurricanes and Roosters play Lions.
