Win for CLAAS

-

CLAAS Harvest Centre, Dalby, has been recognised as among the best performing farm machinery dealerships in Australia at this year’s Strive Annual Excellence Awards.

The awards recognise the best performing dealerships, teams and individuals across Landpower and CLAAS Harvest Centre, the largest privately-owned farm machinery distribution network in Australasia.

The network represents some of the world’s leading farm machinery brands, including CLAAS, AMAZONE and Seed Hawk, via 31 owned and franchised CLAAS Harvest Centres throughout Australia and New Zealand.

Dalby came third in the trans-Tasman Dealership of the Year award, as well as earning back-to-back wins for its use of the network’s customer relationship management system, iDEAL.

Dalby was recognised for its excellence across a number of criteria, including workshop, parts, customer engagement, and its utilisation of IT systems.

Branch manager Rick Spies said he was delighted with the outcome.

“It’s great to be recognised again in the Dealership of the Year Awards because we’ve had a pretty ordinary season up here,” he said.

“We’ve come third two years in a row, so look out when the drought breaks.”

Mr Spies thanked everyone in the Dalby team: Anthony Eugarde, Dylan Mott, Donna Rasmussen, Chris Cass, Darren Koch, Johan Van Schalkwyk, Dean Spies, Jack Ehrlich, William Fry, Desmond Cuzner and Kathleen Pain.
