“It’s very rewarding to build homes for people in our region,” said director Tim Waring.

Arden Vale Homes specialises in multi-residential construction, as well as low-rise, two-storey, and sloping site construction. This family business has won numerous construction awards over the years, including their most recent 2017 Master Builders Award for Best Residential Kitchen, as well as the Individual Home ($651,000 – $750,000) award.

“In Master Builders, everything is self-nominated, so you have to believe you’re worthy of putting a product forward,” explained Tim. “I believe we probably have one of the most inclusive products available and we have some of the best trades in Toowoomba,” he added.

Arden Vale Homes place great value on assisting their clients through the process, and organising the project from start to finish. Whether it’s a client new to construction, or someone who’s built multiple homes, we don’t let them fend for themselves. We try to make the process as simple and well-organised as possible, and do so on budget.”

Client feedback is important to the team at Arden Vale Homes. “Each client receives an email from me after the hand-over and accounting process is complete, requesting feedback and a testimony,” said Tim. He explained that client feedback is used to guide the business in future.
