Time to eat around the world at Grand Central

-

WITH so many new restaurants opening in Toowoomba it can be hard to know what to try first.

At Grand Central’s restaurant precinct alone there are three different Asian eateries, a dessert bar, as well as Italian and German cuisine.

Now, Grand Central is offering a solution to the problem of not knowing where to eat when faced with too many delicious options.

Foodies can take their tastebuds around the world without leaving their seat as they introduce multi-course dinner share table events.

For $60 residents are able to enjoy a three-course meal, trying the best of what the restaurants have to offer on select nights from August 19-30.

Each shared dining event will showcase three of Grand Central’s restaurants, serving up a delicious selection of signature entrees, mains and desserts, with an included drink for each course.

With live music and games on the table situated in the centre of the restaurant precinct, it is a fun night out an individual, couple or group.

Grand Central marketing manager Marieke Bridgeman said the recent $500 million redevelopment of the centre had brought more dining and food options to the centre.

The shared dining event kicked off last night with a full table, and a lot of full bellies at the end of the night.

There are more events coming up with the next on Sunday.

Bookings for the share table events can be made through Eventbrite.
