HAVE A LAUGH

DENTAL PRACTICE

WHAT did the judge ask when he went to the dentist?

“Do you swear to pull the tooth, the whole tooth and nothing but the tooth?”

ENGAGED TALK

AFTER the first day of school, the father asked his son, “What did you do at school today?”

The little boy shrugged and said, “Just stuff.”

Trying to connect with his son a little better, the father persisted and said, “Well, did you learn about any numbers, or letters, or animals, or maybe colours?”

Puzzled, the child looked at his father and said, “Daddy, didn’t you go to school when you were a little boy?”

LESSON LEARNED

DRIVING her car one afternoon, the elderly retired teacher slowed but did not stop when she came to a stop sign.

She was pulled over by a police officer who recognised her as his former English teacher.

“Mrs Brown,” he said, “those stop signs are fullstops, not commas.”
