A MIXED-use building located in the Railyards Precinct on Toowoomba’s CBD fringe has been leased to prominent pest and termite control specialists The Pestman QLD.

In a three-year lease deal, secured on behalf of the owners by LJHooker Commercial sales and leasing agent, Scott Playle, the mixed-use building located at 2 Taylor Street has a net lettable area of 213sq m and was previously home to Toowoomba Outdoor Power Tools.

According to Mr Playle, the building, located on a 405sq m corner block, was a natural progression for the growth and expansion of the local business.
