Warehouse donation set to help Salvos spread Christmas cheer

-

RAY White Commercial Queensland has helped the Salvation Army secure a donated warehouse in Pinkenba in eastern Brisbane.

The modern office/warehouse, with a total area of 1782sq m, will be used for the Salvation Army’s Christmas purposes over the December and January period.

The deal was jointly brokered by Ray White Commercial Queensland’s director sales and leasing Paul Anderson and sales and leasing executive Aachosen ron Aleckson.

Mr Anderson said Ray White was based on family values and his team jumped at the chance to help such a critical Christmas cause.

“It’s always a genuine pleasure to help a great cause such as the Salvation Army with their increased workload over the Christmas period,” Mr Anderson said.

“It’s not every day you get the chance to make a difference to thousands of lives and we’re humbled that we were to support such a vital operation.”

Mr Aleckson said it was a team effort and the office/warehouse owner also has to take credit for such kindness.

“Ray White Commercial is proud to be associated with such generous owners and it’s great we’ve been able to come together to benefit the Salvation Army,” he said.

“There was of course no fee for the leasing and we continue to market the site for lease with our co-agents.”
