Glimpse a preview of GemLife’s second stage
A RAPIDLY expanding luxury resort for over 50s continues to expand with the release of the development’s second stage.
GemLife Highfields’ new display home designs will be launched at the upcoming Open Day on Saturday, November 24.
The open day will provide the opportunity to view luxury display homes, take advantage of exclusive offers and enjoy a day of entertainment, prizes and refreshments.
Since its launch two years ago, GemLife has grown to have five resorts currently under construction and more sites secured for future developments.
GemLife CEO Adrian Puljich attributed the success to the company’s unique offering.
“One of the key differences between GemLife and other providers is that GemLife does not charge entry or exit fees, and home owners retain 100% of any capital gain,” said Mr Puljich.
“The other differentiator for GemLife is the properties themselves. GemLife provides beautifully designed luxury homes, at an affordable price, surrounded by the kind of facilities you would find in a fivestar holiday resort.
“Location is paramount. GemLife looks for naturally beautiful surroundings complemented by a thriving local community.

“Residents can take advantage of on-site facilities but also have convenient access to local business and shopping precincts.”
The formula is working well. In addition to Highfields, GemLife has resorts in Bribie Island, Maroochydore, Lennox Head and Woodend with more developments scheduled.
GemLife homes feature spacious two or three-bedroom designs, flexible entertaining spaces, top-of-the-range appliances, two-car garages, and provision for boat or caravan storage. Resort facilities encourage an active and social community with indoor and outdoor pools, gymnasium, tennis court, bowling green, games room, bowling alley, beauty salon and spa.
The open day will run from 10am - 2pm on Saturday, November 24, at 75 Highgrove Dr, Highfields.
