Melissa and Chase’s magical wedding

-

MELISSA Koplick and Chase Normington exchanged vows at Preston Peak on October 18.

The couple had a small and intimate wedding ceremony with 50 of their closest friends and family.

Mrs Normington said she was surprised how quickly the day went.

“Everything went so quickly which was a bit of a shock,” Mrs Normington said.

“We had a fairly normal wedding, but it was a really lovely day.”

The couple had their cake made by local cake maker Wicked Nic’s Cakes.

“The cake had a simple design, but it was hands down one of the best tasting cakes I have ever eaten,” Mrs Normington said.

The couple put off their honeymoon until December when they will travel to Bali.

“This year has been a busy year for us, so we are really looking forward to relaxing for two weeks,” Mrs Normington said.

“It’s pretty exciting. I have travelled overseas before to the United States and Thailand, but this will be my first trip to Bali.”

Mrs Normington said she was grateful of the effort from the vendors who helped them have the best wedding they could have had.

“Everyone who worked with us was really professional. I didn’t have one ounce of stress on the day,” Mrs Normington said.
