CENTENARY HEIGHTS FORMAL
THE Centenary Heights State High School graduates celebrated the end of 12 years of schooling at the school’s formal.
The celebrations was held at Picnic Point on Friday, November 16.
Centenary Heights State High School principal Maryanne Walsh said all the graduates had arrived to the formal immaculately dressed.
“It was a great night enjoyed by all,” Miss Walsh said. “All the graduates and their parents should be proud of the hard work they displayed throughout the year.
“They have been involved as responsible members of the school’s community.”
Miss Walsh said she was proud of the graduates’ willingness to contribute to the school’s culture.
“It has been a great privilege to watch these students grow into the upstanding young adults they have become,” she said.
“They have proven themselves to be positive role models for the younger students at the school.
“I am also grateful of the support the students’ parents have shown throughout the year.
“These families are the backbone to the school’s community.”
Miss Walsh said she was confident the graduates would go on to do great things with their lives.
“I wish them all the very best in their future endeavours,” she said.
