Graduates celebrate in glamorous style

-

ST SAVIOUR’S students celebrated their graduation in elegant style.

Arriving in fancy sports-cars, the graduating class then walked the red carpet ahead of their valedictory dinner at the City Golf Club on Friday, November 16.

St Saviour’s College principal Sharon Collins said it was a great evening enjoyed by students and staff.

“I have loved serving these girls as their principal over the past two years,” Ms Collins said.

“I thank each of them most sincerely for the gift they have been to the college.

“They are a special group of young women who are kind, unassuming and committed to doing well.”

The graduates enjoyed a sit-down dinner and a night of dancing.

Ms Collins said the graduates thanked their teachers for what they were taught during their time at the school.

“I also ask them to be grateful to their friends and family,” she said.

“Many of the graduates’ families have paid a great cost to give their children an excellent education.

“I urge them to try to stop at least once in their day to reflect what they’re grateful for.”

Ms Collins said she was proud of the young adults the graduates had become.

“I wish a life that is full and rich and the very best in their endeavours for the future.”
