Enjoy a Seachange here in the Garden City with this over-50s lifestyle resort

-

NOVEMBER has been an extremely busy month for Toowoomba’s newest over-50s lifestyle resort, Seachange Toowoomba.

This month has seen the completion of the new Summer House and display homes, which have offered visitors the ability to experience the Seachange difference — in both the quality of design and delivery of the vision: to set a new benchmark in over-50s living in the Darling Downs Region.

This week another major milestone will be reached, with the first home owners moving into the resort.

Joe and Berris Robinson moved quickly to secure one of the first display homes, in a prime position on the corner of the resort’s wide and leafy Main Boulevard.

Joe and Berris have lived in many places all over Australia with Joe having been in the Air Force for 20 years, but have decided to settle in Toowoomba.

Toowoomba appealed to them as it offered everything they need in a city and a convenient central base so that they can continue travelling and enjoying their retirement.

Joe and Berris are no strangers to resort living, having lived in another two over-50s resorts outside of Toowoomba.

They knew that resort living offered an ideal setting to enjoy great facilities, the company of like-minded neighbours, and the convenience of being able to ‘lock and go’ knowing that their home is secure and someone will maintain gardens and lawns in their absence.

After looking at the available options in Toowoomba, they visited Seachange and found that it offered them everything they were looking for in their forever home.

The perfect size and layout, the overall masterplan of the resort and the high quality of finishes in both the home and facilities made it an easy and quick decision.

Seachange simply ticked all of their boxes and they look forward to moving in and watching their community grow around them.
