Toowoomba CBD office sold

-

A SMALL office complex in a commercial building in the heart of the Toowoomba city centre has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba following an Expressions of Interest campaign.

The property offering 220 sqm of office space at 6 Union Street, Toowoomba, was sold to an owner occupier by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Peter Marks on behalf of a private seller.

Mr Marks said there was strong interest in the marketing campaign with multiple inspections.

"The property was ideal for an owner occupier. The asset included two reception areas, a conference and 14 offices over two levels.

"There was even a spacious vault included."

Mr Marks said Toowoomba has many advantages for companies considering a new location and the Toowoomba CBD has been attracting both local and out of town business operators.

"Toowoomba is the largest inland city in Queensland with projected growth to 244,000 by 2031. It is becoming the hub of one of Australia’s most attractive regions.

"Toowoomba offers a lower cost of living and doing business compared to the capital cities as well as nation leading infrastructure projects, state-of-the art health and award-winning education sectors, plus a major city lifestyle mixed with country charm."
