A SMALL office complex in a commercial building in the heart of the Toowoomba city centre has been sold by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba following an Expressions of Interest campaign.

The property offering 220 sqm of office space at 6 Union Street, Toowoomba, was sold to an owner occupier by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba’s Peter Marks on behalf of a private seller.

Mr Marks said there was strong interest in the marketing campaign with multiple inspections.

"The property was ideal for an owner occupier. The asset included two reception areas, a conference and 14 offices over two levels.

"There was even a spacious vault included."
