It’s all going on in this 90-minute Chrissie special! The ‘welcome home’ bunting is out for the return of Trixie (Helen George), Sister Mildred (Miriam Margolyes) rocks up with four orphans, the nuns have to vote for a new Mother Superior and Sister Julienne (Jenny Agutter) reveals her edgier side. Of course, it wouldn’t be Call The Midwife without a dramatic labour, so make sure you have the Kleenex on hand, because you’re going to need it.
