FACE AS SMOOTH AS BABY’S BOTTOM

-

It can be hard to deal with acne-prone skin, but one blogger swears by using “bum cream for babies” on her face.

Canadian blogger Farah Dhukai claims nappy rash cream helped to completely clear her pus-filled acne within just three days.

Farah, who has 6.4 million followers, shared a post revealing how her mum taught her about the unusual skincare remedy.

The post has been viewed a whopping 10 million times, and includes how the internet sensation has trialled numerous products over the years.

Her favourite two nappy rash creams for her face are Penaten and Zincofax, which can be bought on Amazon.

She claims they work due to being rich in zinc oxide, which can help reduce inflammation, redness and oil production – and she showed how she applies the creams.

The video begins with Farah completely make-up free, and revealing the spots she wishes to cover.

On the first night, she shows how she dots the cream on to each pimple individually.

By the next day, the size and redness of each one had reduced dramatically.

On the second night, Farah reveals how she puts a thin layer of the cream all over her face, and the third night she only applies a layer under her eyes on her cheek bones. The blogger explains:

“Apply the diaper rash cream as a spot treatment, under your makeup or as a leave-on mask before bed and wake up with soothed acne that goes away within a few days.”
