Fingers crossed the rumoured sequel gets off the ground, because these ladies deserve a second outing and then some! Brilliant stuff.

paramedics: on The fronT line Crime + Investigat­ion 609, 6.30pm

In this fly-on-the-wall docu-series, viewers will get to see firsthand what it’s like to be a paramedic in some of the most notorious emergency hotspots across the UK. When all is said and done, being a first responder can be a thankless task, but these dedicated ambos stay positive, never knowing what will happen next or where their next job will take them. In tonight’s premiere episode, paramedic Chelsie and technician Simon rush to save a baby born not breathing, while paramedics Peter and Jo (pictured) treat a five-year-old suffering a severe asthma attack.

Tonight the Brumbies and Rebels kick off their 2019 Super Rugby season with a mouth-watering all-Australian showdown at Canberra’s GIO stadium. Expect the Rebels to be looking to new recruit Quade Cooper (pictured) and current scrum-half Will Genia to help recapture the magic that saw them lead the Queensland Reds to the 2011 Super Rugby title, while the Brumbies will be hoping for big things from their new recruit, former Wallaby James Slipper. You can catch all the action on Fox Sports, which will show every game of the Super Rugby Season live, ad-break free during play and in full HD.

With Gotham on the brink of total anarchy, Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie), Bruce Wayne (David Mazouz) and a handful of heroes remain to fight the good fight in this bells-and-whistles series that’s still going strong five seasons in. In tonight’s episode, Gordon assembles an unlikely team to protect Gotham from Eduardo Dorrance (Shane West) and his Delta Force. Just as Lee Thompkins (Morena Baccarin) resurfaces, Barbara (Erin Richards, pictured) reveals shocking news that will change Gordon’s life forever. Meanwhile, Selina (Camren Bicondova) and Penguin (Robin Lord Taylor) team up to outsmart Gotham’s newest villain Magpie (Sarah Schenkkan).
