Foxtel’s iQ4 brings TV like never seen before

-

TODAY’S living rooms are being designed around more and more sophisticated home theatre set-ups with bigger and bolder TV screens as the centre piece.

Those TVs, aside from exploding in size, are spoiling viewers with the ability to bring incredible images like never before by filling the room in brilliant 4K, and viewers are getting hooked.

Over the past two years along, it has been reported that more than one million 4K TVs have been sold, with estimates that throughout 2019, more than 80 per cent of TVs sold in Australia will be 4K capable.

Those massive screens are hungry for content and Foxtel has recently launched its most sophisticated set-top box, the iQ4 to feed them.

The iQ4 boasts Australia’s only dedicated 4K channel, bringing with it an unprecedented way to enjoy sport, documentaries, movie and more. Last summer, Foxtel’s iQ4 hosted a summer of cricket with every bowl and wicket of the Australian men’s international ODIs and T20 matches plus every men’s Australian Test match on home soil, plus a selection of BBL matches.

Foxtel’s iQ4 marks the start of a new wave of innovations for Foxtel that are already boosting the value of a Foxtel subscription with a host of new features, live channels and a massive library of TV and movies to stream when you want via the internet.

To experience the features of the iQ4, Foxtel is bringing its 4K Ultra HD experience hubs to Harvey Norman Toowoomba, Harvey Norman Dalby, Harvey Norman Warwick, and Harvey Norman Kingaroy from Saturday, March 9 to Sunday, March 10.

*Access to Foxtel’s 4K channel requires an iQ4 set top box and compatible 4K TV.
