Large chunk of land now on the market in growth area of region

A LARGE chunk of land featuring a beautiful four-bedroom house in the middle of a growth area, which has been described by agents as an “oasis”, has hit the market.

The nearly two-hectare property on Stanley Pde in Highfields has been listed for sale as an expressions of interest campaign, through Ray White Toowoomba Range and Highfields.

Lead agent Tony Franke said there was obvious interest in the land from a development perspective, with interested buyers wanting to take advantage of the space.

“It’s on 4.5 acres, only a few hundred metres from the absolute centre of Highfields,” he said.

Mr Franke said the previous owners had bought a larger property outside of Highfields in a bid to upsize.
