Appeal to find cars stolen from Toowoomba
TOOWOOMBA police are appealing for any information relating to three cars stolen from the city this week.
A white Toyota Camry sedan, with personalised number plates which include a pink breast cancer awareness symbol, was reported stolen from Jutsum St in Middle Ridge sometime between 2.50am and 8am on Tuesday.
The vehicle registration is 18AMD.
A green Holden Commodore sedan, with standard Queensland registration plates 456WCZ, was stolen from a Binns St property in South Toowoomba between 9pm and 11.45pm on Tuesday.
A silver and black older model Nissan Patrol wagon, with registration 843XVW, was also reported stolen from a Claire Lees Cres home in Kingsthorpe.
The vehicle was taken sometime between midnight Sunday and midnight Monday.
Police have also appealed for information relating to the theft of an unregistered dirtbike from a Goondiwindi property in late January.
The red Honda CRF250 motorbike was stolen from a Callandoon St property at Goondiwindi between 6pm and 6.45pm on January 30.
Police are continuing to urge residents to ensure their vehicles are properly secured and, where possible, parked in locked garages.
Residents should also ensure keys are kept out of clear sight within the home.
