Exciting times ahead for Warren Inch Real Estate

-

THERE are big things happening in the real estate fraternity out Highfields way — but, chances are, you probably won’t notice a thing.

Benita McMahon and Troy Wade (pictured) are the new owners of Warren Inch Real Estate, having bought the business on December 1 last year.

But, even though there has been a change of ownership, don’t expect too many changes at the Highfields Road office.

“Warren will be staying on with us (as will all the staff ), so it will be exactly as it was, just with new owners,” Benita said.

“We believe it’s important to have as little disruption as possible, so we can keep our customers and property owners happy.”

Benita said she and Troy were keen to bring their own ideas and experience to the office and were hoping to tap into the younger market coming to the Highfields area.

“This is a growing region and young couples are eager to establish themselves and set up a family home in the area,” Benita said.

“We want to help make that experience as easy as possible.”

And that shouldn’t be a problem — with the pair anything but novices to the industry.

Troy has worked for Wade Real Estate in Warwick for 20 years and his grandfather Bob Wade was also synonymous with the industry in Dalby.

“The real estate gene has been in the family for decades,” Benita said.

“It’s in our blood, and now we are looking to combine Troy’s strong sales knowledge and my customer service skills.”

Boasting a wealth of sales experience and designing expertise, Benita is eager to assist clients with great advice to help correctly stage their houses for sale.

“Obviously it’s important to declutter and tidy things so the house can be presented nicely,” she said.

“Sometimes prospective buyers can’t see through the mess, so it’s good to be able to bring a different eye to the situation and show owners ways to better prepare for a sale.”

And, while siblings are notoriously renowned for bumping heads, Benita doesn’t see a problem working side by side with Troy.

“No, we get on wonderfully well. “We think the same and we’re really looking forward to utilising our strengths to grow the business,” she said.

“There are so many significant developments happening in the region, so we’re really excited about what lies ahead and working together to deliver a helpful and professional real estate office to the people of the district.”
