Swag of awards for Raine & Horne Toowoomba

-

THE recent Raine & Horne state awards has recognised the drive and commitment to customer service of the Toowoomba office by awarding it the coveted 2018 Property Management Office of the Year.

Property manager Kuini Kauwhata led the charge with a nomination for 2018 Property Manager of the Year and then Business Development Manager Grace Hilder (pictured far right with the team) ensured the night would be one to remember; personally picking up the titles of 2018 Business Development Manager of the Year, 2018 Property Management Marketing Excellence and the 2018 Chairmans Club Award for Property Management.

“It’s very exciting to have the hard work of the team and myself recognised,” Grace said.

“Last calendar year, we worked so hard and implemented a number of new things in the divisions; so it’s great to have that acknowledged by the judges.”

And while this is Grace’s third win in a row, she’s the first to admit that she can’t sit back and rest on her laurels.

“There is always great competition in the industry and there are some very good business development managers in the group, so you need to be constantly looking at customer service and ways to keep all your stakeholders happy.”

With 12 years in the industry (six at Raine & Horne), Grace has proudly looked back on her “biggest year” with great satisfaction, but she says there’s still “plenty to do”.

“My focus is to help our corporate team with training and to get others up to speed by offering practical and innovative ways to improve their business,” she said.

“I’ve got a very hard-working team alongside me and we’re all looking forward to what can be achieved in the coming year.”
