TOOWOOMBA businesswo­man Jessica Ritchie has been awarded for her work as a qualified brand and marketing specialist.

Ms Ritchie was given the bronze award for Business Coach of the Year at the 2019 national St George Bank Aus-mumpreneur Awards, hosted in Melbourne.

Nominated by clients, the business self-named Jessica Ritchie, succeeded in the highly competitiv­e category, and she was presented the award in front of a room of more than 400 attendees.

“It’s been wonderful to be recognised at a national level, and the support I’ve received and the awareness that’s been generated for my business has been wonderful,” she said.

“I am passionate about helping small and medium businesses to have access to marketing strategies and learn the skills to feel empowered to propel their business forward.

“Giving them a strategy and voice to stand out in a noisy and competitiv­e world.”

As a profession­al brand and connection expert, Ms Ritchie works with some of Australia’s leading and ASX-listed brands.

These include Golden Circle, Tony Ferguson, Supercheap Auto, BCF, Ray’s Outdoors, Goldcross Cycles, Super Gifts and Tourism Queensland.

Working as a reiki practition­er and a neuro linguistic programmin­g practition­er as well, Ms Ritchie is able to tie in a holistic approach to branding, where she can amplify and centre energy into marketing and communicat­ions.

She is also the founder of the Wondrous Women Group, which regularly hosts sell-out events that aim to inspire, connect and empower women.
