Now’s the time to get inspired

STYLISH and modern, dynamic and distinctive – a “new way of living” is almost upon us.

Like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon, the Inspire South Central development in South Toowoomba is reaching a most exciting phase, as new aspects and facades are progressively revealed.

Scaffolding has been coming down over the past few weeks and the striking exterior will soon be fully revealed.

From late last year, anyone travelling along Ruthven Street would most definitely have noticed this significant project come to life, dominating the skyline and bringing with it a fresh take on apartment living.

Marketing agent Jeremy Lewis from LJ Hooker Toowoomba said the response to the development has been remarkable.

“The marketplace has certainly reacted,” Mr Lewis said. “Since we launched roughly a month ago, we’ve had a tremendous amount of inquiry, both online and through our newspaper marketing.

“Visually, it’s quite unique. There’s no project like this in Toowoomba and the apartment prices that have been achieved are encouraging with sales on every level.”

Inspire South Central will stand seven impressive floors and will include secure basement car parking (and storage), five levels of apartment living and a first-floor office area; as well as a mix of retail and a restaurant on the ground floor.

“It’s due for completion in May and we’d be looking to see the first round of settlements late May,” Mr Lewis said.

“The project is on track and what has been really appealing to buyers is seeing their very own balconies, windows and balustrades start to appear.

“It’s very exciting to see the project go from a construction site to their future home.”

Mr Lewis said the complex will boast 25 apartments incorporating two bedrooms, two bathrooms and two secure basement car parks – all offering a wealth of variety with five different floor plans to choose from.

“The specs and finishes have proven very attractive to buyers and have underpinned the liveability and lifestyle available,” he said.

Marketing for the apartments describes “gleaming granite benchtops and Italian-designed Ariston appliances in the spacious kitchen, along with bespoke joinery that forge an architectural statement. Open-plan living and dining with engineered timber flooring creates a sanctuary for everyone to enjoy. Each main bedroom features lush carpet underfoot and has a walk-in wardrobe with plenty of cupboard and drawer space; as well as a sleek ensuite with semi-rimless shower glass and designer tiles. Ducted airconditioning and ceiling fans have been installed as standard for yearround comfort and enjoyment.”

The development is ideally positioned on the southern fringe of Toowoomba’s CBD and provides a lofty perspective across the city, uninterrupted views to the east and west and a delightful southerly outlook to the City Golf Club.

“Each window or balcony reveals a portrait of Toowoomba no-one has ever seen before,” Mr Lewis explains. “This is unique. No one has woken up to these views before.

“This is an opportunity for buyers to sit back and enjoy a different lifestyle, and be part of the changing face of Toowoomba.”
