New project revealed for Southport

-

POTTER Projects has launched a new $13 million upscale commercial development on the Gold Coast.

Located at 2 Case St, Southport, Central on Case features 22 strata-titled units comprising showrooms, warehouses, office space, self-storage units and a cafe.

Potter Projects director Zac Potter said inquiry levels for the project were strong, and eight of the 22 units had already sold.

Completion of the development is anticipated for August this year, and demolition of the existing building and ground works has already started.

Central on Case units will range in size from 70sq m up to 180sq m and start from $345,000, excluding GST.

Mr Potter said the architect-designed complex offered a prime location with high exposure to Ferry Rd, the neighbouring Porsche Centre and Ferry Road Market.

“Various designs and uses are available to cater for a wide range of requirements,” he said.

“We are seeing the positive result of that through the inquiry received, being business owners and individuals from a wide range of sectors and walks of life.

“The development incorporates a very comprehensively thought out design and will be our most upscale project to date.

“Every tenancy has great access, exposure, ample glass and natural light.’’

The project is being marketed by Darren Mealing from Potter Projects and Josh Wright from Cushman and Wakefield.

“We have had great success in our previous developments due to desirable locations and high-quality finishes and the Case St development is proving to be no different,” Mr Mealing said.

“We have had eight sales in the past month, mostly to owner-occupiers looking for a prime location to operate their business headquarters from, or as storage options.

“Given the lack of available supply in the Southport market, we are expecting the remaining 14 units will not last long.’’
