RE/MAX Success acknowledged

-

TOOWOOMBA’S RE/MAX Success was recognised for numerous achievements throughout 2019 at RE/ MAX Australia’s annual awards gala held in late February at Hilton Brisbane.

Daniel Burrett was named Young Sales Associate of the Year for the second year in a row. This award is open to agents who were aged 30 or under at the end of 2019.

Mr Burrett joined the RE/MAX Success team in February 2010 and now provides a pivotal role to the successful Toowoomba business as general manager.

Also, up for a consecutive award was Emma Bowdler who was named RE/ MAX Australia’s Personal Assistant of the Year. Ms Bowdler joined RE/MAX Toowoomba in 2015 and is the client services manager on the Daniel Burrett Team. RE/MAX Success took out the inaugural RE/MAX Australia Community Service Award, which recognises an outstanding contribution by an office to its local or wider community.

The award was accepted by broker owner Katie Knight who said she’s proud of her team’s continued enthusiasm to support the Darling Downs community.

“I believe it is important for local businesses to show they are a part of the community’s social fabric and that is what RE/MAX Success does,” she said.

“Community involvement is an opportunity for us to give something back to the people who support our real estate business.”

“RE/MAX Success, as a team, is committed to being an integral part of its community and the dedication to numerous community-based activities and the response of the community makes them the mostworthy recipient of this award,” RE/ MAX Australia managing director, Michael Davoren said.

There were plenty of stars on the RE/MAX Success team, with the Melita Bell Team announced the #1 sales team in the network for completed transaction sides in 2019 and #2 for commission generated. The Daniel Burrett team was ranked third for completed transactions.

Melita Bell accepted a Diamond Club award, the absolute highest annual commission-based accolade in the RE/MAX Australia system, for her 2019 achievements.

Daniel Burrett reached Titan’s Club status, Justine Dill made Chairman’s Club, Jacqui Walker achieved Platinum Club and Gary Klein received 100% Club status.

“RE/MAX Club awards recognise the preparation, effort, performance and commitment essential to real estate success; and although awards are based on sales achievement, a sales associate’s influence and impact grows as they move through the tiers,” explained Mr Davoren.

He said the awards reflected on a dedicated and cohesive group of real estate professionals.

“This recognition represents agents whose customers become their ‘advocates’ because they are outstanding and deliver something far more than just a satisfactory customer experience.

“I sincerely congratulate Katie and Daniel on their leadership, and every team member on their performance,” Mr Davoren said.
