Ray White Commercial Toowoomba takes over management of Wyalla Plaza

THREE tenancies are available in Toowoomba’s Wyalla Plaza Shopping Centre which is now being managed by Ray White Commercial Toowoomba.

Labelled “the best shopping centre in Toowoomba” by Rexus Pty Ltd (TTE) when the company acquired it in March 2017, Wyalla Plaza has a continual full tenancy rate of more than 90 per cent.

The centre offers a range of shops and services including a fuel station, variety and discount shop, doctors/ health centre, chemist, fashion shop, bakery, a coffee shop with drivethrou­gh service, takeaway, fish and chips, butcher, fruit and veg market, fast food stores, Thai restaurant, bottle shop, hairdresse­r, accountant, news and post office, grocery shop, family support store and a coinoperat­ed laundromat.
