“It’s a terrific facility, they have bowling shoes you can use, and a range of different weighted bowling balls. It’s a good way to catch up with people and do something active,” said Mr Willson.

“Bowling is good fun, we have a good laugh and try to beat each other but it’s not overly competitive. It’s more of a social activity,” said Mrs Willson.

“We’re in a lawn bowls club and an art group, we also like to swim in the heated indoor pool and take part in all the different classes and clubs,” said Mrs Willson.
