Morris Rd has speed limits. The road itself is in poor condition on the eastern half with uneven repairs hence the speed limit. On Sunday there was more than one leadfoot breaking the law driving at least 100k. IT IS NOT ZONED 100. Police should look into a mobile camera for such drivers GJ, Gowrie

Considering the publicity re the state of TRC rural roads, the abomination of the amalgamation of local council areas is clearly evident.

Many thanks to Susie O’Brien for her column entitled “A load of hypocrisy” about Prince Harry in Monday’s Chronicle. Best piece of tongue-in-cheek writing which gave me a huge laugh. All so true, only wishing that Harry n Meghan could read what most people think about them. Behinds, Toowoomba

Why can’t NDIS be handled through Medicare and avoid the cost of staff and set-up of additional office structure to administer NDIS? The suggestion of raising Medicare levy is a no go as those not on NDIS should not have to pay extra to cover the ones that are. If it was administered under the Medicare system and not a separate identity it would cost less which would benefit all Australians.

Some of the street corners are unacceptable and a real safety issue for the Lollipop Ladies at Grammar School Crossing area, not to mention a snake harbour.

DB Daily Motorist What a beautiful story about kids starting their own businesses. Congratulations to you all for such hard work and your parents would be super proud. TS, Toowoomba
