Rakir (TC 16/11) stating pollution caused by burning of fossil fuels affects the entire planet conveniently does not mention that without the industrial revolution and the advent of steel and concrete, humans would be far worse off in so many ways that far outweigh any claims that the planet is affected, which is still a theory and unproven in all aspects. If wood burning had continued, there would be no trees left on the planet.

With all the water being lost and all the flood damage, who’s to blame? Politicians. If they built dams, damage would not happen and water could be saved.

Sorry Tuck (TC 16/11), but couldn’t describe Tim Blair as interesting. More a rant by a Trump apologist (News seems to employ a few). Factual rather than fantasy would be better. We don’t need Loony Left or Ratbag Right bombarding us with strange interpretations of events that defy explanation.

I see Donald Trump has had his hair coloured to make his big announcement about “trying” for president again. Bob, Toowoomba

I find it bewildering that media including Sky News saying Republicans lost because of Trump hand picked candidates were a dud. I don’t think so I believe the people who voted for the Democrats are the duds. I watched Dr Oz v Fettermen. Oz didn’t just bury him, he mopped the floor with him then buried him

The only reason Trump is running again is that he loves all the accolades. I just hope and pray we don’t have to have a daily media report for the next two years. Please can we have a media blackout! Heaven help us!
