One major difference between Toowoomba and Brisbane is that it’s free to go to the dump/tip/Waste Transfer Station here in Toowoomba and region, whereas the Brisbanites and their ilk have to pay through the nose. I’m sure the TRC would love to introduce fees at dumps, tips and Waste Transfer Stations around the region, just so we can have an occasional footpath pick up.
